Ingredients: 98% extra virgin olive oil, 2% natural garlic aroma and dried garlic

Very good base for frying and for grilled or fried vegetables, excellent to prepare ‘garlic, oil and chilli pepper’ pasta sauce.
Aglio Garlic Olive Oil – Recipe Suggestion
4 lbs of chicken/wings
2 tablespoons of Bonamini Aglio Garlic Olive Oil
Black Pepper to taste – use quite a lot!
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1/4 cup of soy sauce
(you can buy fruit flavoured vinegar for lighter combination, such as apple, raspberry or tangerine)
Combine soy sauce together with balsamic vinegar, pepper, ginger and Bonamini Aglio Garlic Olive Oil in a large freezer bag (don’t forget to tie the bag or buy zip top bag). Close the bag and put in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to medium heat – about 180 degrees
Remove chicken/wings from the marinade and pat dry. Place on a tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes approx.
Place the reserved marinade in a small sauce pot set over a medium/low heat and gently simmer until reduced by half – about 5 minutes.
Place grilled chicken/wings in a large bowl and drizzle with reduced balsamic marinade and mix to coat well
