If you are braising a meat dish then just add these pitted olives in extra virgin olive oil to give the dish an extra kick – don’t forget that great extra virgin olive oil has a lovely peppery flavour so you can imagine they would go great with braised steak…. chop finely and add to a Risotto or Pizza… so many uses, just let your imagination take flight….

Bonamini Pitted Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Recipe Suggestion
Jazz up a ready-made tomato and chilli pasta sauce by adding in some left over chopped black olives – that is is you haven’t eaten them all already!
Finely chop pitted black olives and a little garlic Put in a processor until smooth. Add a little salt and pepper then add a little extra virgin olive oil to loosen and lemon juice to taste. This creates a quick and easy tapenade to use on toast (soldiers) dipped into soft egg yolk – yum!
