To track your order, please go to your account and click Track your order on the left hand side.
Yes, as long as you complete your order by 3pm UK time between Monday to Thursday. Excludes public holidays etc.
If you order on Friday before 3pm, your order will be delivered the next working day on Monday. If you order Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, your order will go out with our couriers on Monday morning and be delivered on Tuesday.
Yes, we recently changed our international shipping options to make it cheaper to order high quality Olive products anywhere in the world. The rates are now as follows;
£15 for Next day IRELAND delivery
£18 for 1-2 days EUROPE delivery
£18 for 1-2 days UNITED STATES delivery
£20 for 1-2 days SWITZERLAND / NORWAY delivery
£25 for 1-3 days EVERYWHERE ELSE delivery
As always, your order will be sent and delivered with DHL Couriers with full tracking at every stage so you can rest easy knowing your fresh Olive products will be with you very shortly.
Olivios Kitchen is secured with a 256 bit security encryption. On top of this, we process all payments securely through either Sage Pay or Stripe and never hold any of your card data.
Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your account. If your order was made before 3pm Monday to Thursday London GMT then it will be sent out the same day with either with DHL or DPD Couriers.
Once your parcel is collected by the courier, tracking numbers are sent to either your email or your mobile phone number. You can track your parcel fully in your account by clicking Track my parcel.
Yes, once your order is complete an invoice is automatically sent to your email address.
